Asana

Tadasana, Tiryak Tadasana, Surya namaskara, Gomukhasana, Ardhmatseyendrasana, Vajrasana, Suptvajrasana, Ustrasana, Shashankasana, Bhujangasana, Makarasana, Dhanurasana, Pawanmuktasana, Chakrasana, Sarvangasana and Shavasana.

Pranayama

Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, Deep and Long Breathing and Anuloma Viloma Pranayama. Cooling pranayama to be avoided as they cause further introversion.

Mudra

Gyana Mudra controls depression and its prolonged practice will increase level of confidence and inner bliss.

Laughter Therapy

Laugh it aloud as many times as possible during the day. It frees us from tension , restraints and worries.
