Asana

Tadasana, Tiryaka tadasana, Kati chakrasana, Trikonasana,
Surya namaskara, Ardhmatseyendrasana, Supta
vajrasana, Shashankasana, Ushtrasana,
Yogamudra, Bhujangasana, Shalbhasana, Halasana, Sarvangasana and Matsyasana.

Drink 2 to 3 glasses of body temperature warm water
before morning practice.

Sit in Vajrasana for at least 10 minutes after every meal.

Pranayama

Agnisara, Kapalabhati and Anuloma Viloma.

Mudra

Ashwini mudra.

Bandha

Uddiyana and Maha bandha.

Shatkarma

Kunjal, Enema, Shankhaprakshalana, Nauli.

Diet

Fresh fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water.
