Tadasana, Padhastasana, Surya Namaskara, Gomukhasana, Ardhmatseydrasana, Shashankasana, Supta Vajrasana, Ushtrasana, Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Pawanmuktasana, Sarvangasana, Matsyasana and  Shavasana.

Pranayama

Deep and Long Breathing, Anuloma Viloma, Bhastrika, Kapalabhati and Ujjayi.

Shankhaprakshalana, Kunjal, Jala neti.

Diet

Avoid mucus producing foods such as milk and milk products, rice and non-vegetarian foods. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables, and cooked rather than raw vegetables  especially in winter.
