Asana: General – Shashankasana, yogamudrasana,
paschimottanasana.
Advanced – Garbhasana, koormasana.
Pranayama: Nadi shodhana, bhramari, sheetali,
seetkari, kalpalbhati, ujjayi.
Mudra: Bhoochari, akashi, yoga, prana, maha, maha
bheda, yoni and pashinee mudras.
Bandha: Moola and maha bandhas.
Other: All meditation and relaxation practices.
