Happiness is a state of mind that can be achieved with Yoga in a natural way

We,in the modern world,are blessed with the best gadgets and comforts,any generation in the past had ever seen. But we are also the ones who are the worst sufferers as regards depression, anxiety,insomnia and a whole lot of mental ailments.

Thus it can be concluded that happiness is not something which can be achived by the best of comforts,plush home or a swanky car. Happiness is something which is inside us. Materialistic possessions give us a raise but it is momentary.

Happiness producing hormones like serotonin, endorphins, dopamine etc can be created by asanas,pranayama and meditation.
